Sowing

More than planting coffee, we plant care, enjoyment and pleasure. That's right, Café Libertad is an invitation to turn the moment you prepare your favourite morning drink into a ritual. Our house is surrounded by 1,500 coffee plants of the Castillo and Bourbon Rosado varieties, these are accompanied by  African Tulips, fruit trees, edible plants, bees, birds and butterflies.

Harvest

We take care of the collection process with special emphasis and care. Picking coffee is a task that in itself represents a moving meditation, a delicate conversation with the plant, as we only collect beans that are ready to be converted into an excellent quality cup that will reach your lips.

Benefit

 

We take the collection load of the day to our mill. There we pulp of the coffee and, as its name indicates, we procure an improvement in its quality thanks to the process that carefully separates shells and almonds.

..." Café Libertad. It is at its most suitable point regarding its roasting, when ground it leaves a very penetrating and soft aroma, not so much in the cup, but it is difficult for it to be so due to the volatility that the fragrance reaches when adding water hot.

 

...it leaves a very pleasant aftertaste, an essence of very mild coffee vapours, for some reason I feel it a bit citrusy, and a little less sour.

 

Concluding, excellent body of this blend of varieties. It also leaves a dense and viscous sensation that is very soft and on point. 

I congratulate you, making a plant and its fruit an enjoyment for others, in addition to denoting quality in a product, shows that a good experience is always expected from you and you always give your best.
