In our home called “Liberty”, among tulips trees, orchards, beans and corn, different varieties of coffee beans are grown.
These small bags of ground coffee or coffee beans represent the work, dedication and love which during years we have dedicated to the planting, harvest, processing and drying of coffee beans at an altitude of 1880 meters above the sea level.
When you prepare this drink, do not forget the shared dreams, time and care these grains of coffee have required to become a wholesome fruit.
In them, you will also find a bit of the calmness we cultivate day by day in this space we call our home.
